The Organization
AATEL Communications Inc is a division of the ISI Group of companies. ISI has been in the communications business since 1947, supplying and servicing Sound, Intercom and Paging Systems. The AATEL division was the next logical step as communications progressed into the 1990's with the advent of microprocessor and digital technologies.
AATEL provides products and services which support a comprehensive portfolio in Communications, Life Safety and Security. This portfolio, combined with our consultation approach to the market, has enabled AATEL to become the leader in systems integration within vertical markets such as: Commercial, Small, Medium and Enterprise Business's, Education, Government, Healthcare. An essential requirement of the continuing maintenance and development of AATEL's objectives was the installation of a quality system registered to ISO 9001:2000 status accomplished August 2005. Systems Integration and Installation Services
The development of technologies requires that many of the systems and solutions in today’s marketplace require a systems integrator to Design, Program, Install and Service after project completion. Service and Support
AATEL Communications is proud of its reputation of making Customer Satisfaction its number one priority. AATEL provides service and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week from central dispatch located in Hamilton, Ontario. Our complete service fleet is equipped with GPS Tracking, and all of our technical staff are provided with the latest in wireless communications, this combination allows us to deliver on site quality emergency service. Our Service Department provides many services such as Annual Systems Inspection, System Verification, Preventative Maintenance, Remote Diagnostics, and In-Service Training. |
