AATEL's Customer Service team delivers optimum service to customers before, during and after a purchase. We offer a variety of channels to deliver Customer Service, such as internet, email, live 24/7 response, and on-site visits.
Annual Inspection

The service of an Annual Inspection is part of our Site and Service Level Agreements. The purpose of this service is to ensure your system(s) are functioning accurately without failures. An Annual Inspection provides piece of mind and reassurance that the investment of your AATEL system solution is cared for.
Customer Relations
Customer Relations:
Before, during and well after a system is installed, our team of dedicated Customer Service Agents are available for our customers. The Customer Service Agents team members are stationed at the AATEL Head Office or they are in the field for on site visits and support. Our Customer Service Agents are available when you need them.
In-Service Training
In-Service Training:
The advantage of working with AATEL is the full support you receive from date of purchase. The value of being trained on your system(s) functionality and features is essential. Our professional Customer Service Agents provide on site training and they continue to support our customers on further training requirements.
Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance:
In part of the Site & Service Agreements the Preventative Maintenance program is the testing, cleaning and make necessary adjustments, as recommended by the equipment manufacturer, to ensure proper equipment operation. This includes cleaning central control equipment, battery testing and recommended replacement.

AATEL Communications Inc. Site and Service Agreements cover our Life Safety platforms such as Access Control, Emergency Response Systems, Fire Alarm and Nursecall.
System Verifiction
System Verifications:
This service is completed in conjunction with a customer service/ preventative maintenance visit. This would include a complete verification of the existing control equipment and ancillary devices such as Cameras, Card Readers, Desk Sets, Keypads, Wireless Telephones, Pocket Pagers for full functionality.
